Postal Code: V3Z 1G8 Census Tract:  9330182.07 Total Population:  2,400 Neighbourhood Description: The weird in-between of South Surrey and Panorama Ridge areas, from about Highway 10 to 32nd Avenue at its lowest point, and from Mud Bay to 184 Street. This is where I live.  1.  This neighbourhood has a lower population density than most.  The population density of this Census Tract is 60.4 per square kilometre, making it much lower than the 918 per square kilometre of the Vancouver census metropolitan area.  This data, while drastically different from that of the Vancouver CMA, is not surprising as a majority of the land in this census tract is farm land. 9.1% of residents in this neighbourhood work in the natural resources, agriculture and related production occupations, while only 1.3% do in the Vancouver CMA. In the census subdivision of Surrey, the population density is even higher then the Vancouver CMA, sitting at 1,797.9 per square kilometre....
